Quality Policy
Seychelles Maritime Academy (SMA) strives to provide high quality Maritime Education, training and ethical governance by committing itself to the development, implementation and continual improvement of its Quality Management System with the aim of equipping seafarers by complying with the STCW 1978 Convention as amended and related National Legislation, with the competence required to access career opportunities in International Maritime Shipping and the Fisheries sectors. This policy provides guidelines for setting Quality Objectives of SMA.
