The Seychelles Maritime Academy (SMA) is proud to announce the outstanding academic achievements of two staff members who graduated from the University of Seychelles (UniSey) on Thursday, 4th December.
Mr. Micheal Francoise, Head of Programme (HOP) for Marine Mechanics, successfully completed a Master’s Degree in Education and Leadership, adding to his existing Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering & Plant Engineering (Grade 2). His accomplishment marks another significant step in strengthening SMA’s academic and leadership capability within its technical training programmes
Ms. Angelique Reddy, Registrar of SMA, graduated with a BSc (Honours) Business Administration specialized in Marketing complementing her earlier Diploma in Social Work. In addition to her degree, Ms. Reddy was honoured with the prestigious Dean’s Award Faculty of Business and Sustainable Development in recognition of her contributions to sustainable environmental initiatives.
SMA expresses its deep appreciation to University of Seychelles, ANHRD Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Blue Economy as well as SMA for their continued support, sponsorship, and commitment toward staff development.
These achievements reflect SMA’s ongoing investment in professional growth and lifelong learning. They send a powerful message to all SMA learners that continuous development is essential and excellence is always within reach.
